If you don’t have the greatest blender in the world, do yourself a favor and chop the beet into smaller pieces. And don’t forget to peel it! Pineapple Orange Ginger Beet Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c filtered water
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger root, grated
  • 2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend for about 30-60 seconds, or until smooth. If you need to add a little more water to thin out the smoothie, please do so.
  2. Pour into two separate glasses and enjoy immediately.
