Pineapple & Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

The reason it is in this smoothie is because it helps the body absorb turmeric, which is necessary if you want to reap its anti-inflammatory properties. In addition to the health benefits of turmeric, you’ll also be ingesting beneficial enzymes, which help encourage healthy digestion, from the pineapple.

  • 1 c diced pineapple, frozen overnight
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. dehydrated coconut
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 c filtered water
  • 1 dash Black pepper


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
