Ingredients

  • 2 c kale
  • 2 c spinach
  • 1/2 c cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cubed
  • 1 -inch piece of ginger
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen overnight
  • 3 tbsp. raw hemp hearts
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 c filtered water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and enjoy.
