  • 1/4 c raspberries, frozen overnight
  • 1/2 c strawberries, frozen overnight
  • 1 c blueberries, frozen overnight
  • 2 c homemade almond milk
  • 1/2 c ice cubes


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy after a workout.
