Ingredients
- 1 c freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 c old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c coconut yogurt (vanilla flavor)
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c blueberries, frozen overnight
- 3 c spinach
- 1 c ice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- It\'s possible that you may need to stop blender, shake it up, and continue blending to ensure that everything blends.
- If it\'s too thick, add a little extra water to aid the blending process.
- Serve and enjoy.
