  • 1 beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled


  1. Process all the ingredients through your juicer. You can consume this juice strained or unstrained.
  2. Drink within 15 minutes of juicing and drink consistently for best results.
