Protein-Packed Hemp Seed Smoothie

Protein-Packed Hemp Seed Smoothie

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen overnight
  • 2 mandarins, peeled
  • 1 c spinach
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2 c filtered water, or more as needed


  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more water if the consistency is too thick for your liking. Be careful to only add a little bit of water at a time to avoid thinning it too much.
  3. Pour into a large cup and enjoy.
