Maybe you’ve been looking for a healthy dessert for Thanksgiving. Perhaps you’re searching for a filling breakfast that has some of fall’s classic flavors. Whichever one you’re looking for, this smoothie bowl is it. Feel free to put whatever toppings you want on this smoothie bowl. Bananas, walnuts, almonds, or apples, or maple syrup go great on this bowl.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. all spice
  • Toppings: whatever you'd like! Recommended: apple, walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
