Raw (Alcohol-Free) Strawberry Mojito Slushie

If you want to imagine that you are out on the town with some friends, this is a great drink to make. Not only is it delicious, but it also contains a lot of vitamin C!

Ingredients

  • 2 c fresh and ripe strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. raw agave syrup
  • 1/4 c fresh lime juice
  • 3 c ice
  • Mint leaves for serving and extra strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except the mint leaves and extra strawberries, to a blender and pulse until you get a slushie like consistency. Enjoy!
