This is a yummy dessert or pleasantly sweet snack to satisfy that sugar craving you might have while cleansing. You may want to double the recipe so you can portion it out into little jars for your lunches.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2 ripe bananas (the peel should have brown spots)

Instructions

  1. Add the mango cubes and bananas to a blender and pulse until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. You can eat this right away or you can chill it for an hour in the fridge. The pudding will thicken if you chill it longer.
