Raw Berry Mango Sorbet with Pineapple & Banana

Sometimes you just need a little sweetness in your life. If you’re on a raw foods diet, you cannot just grab a pint of ice cream and go to town, but you can make this berrilicious sorbet. It has a subtle tang that complements the sweetness of the mango and banana. A scoop of this is the perfect ending to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c raw walnuts
  • 1 c distilled water
  • 1 c fresh mango, frozen overnight
  • 2 fresh bananas, frozen overnight
  • 3/4 c fresh pineapple
  • 3/4 c fresh berries (of your choice), frozen overnight

Instructions

  1. Blend the walnuts together with the water until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and thick. Feel free to add whatever else you want. You can top it off with goji berries, freshly grated coconut, or even chopped raw almonds.
