We just took breakfast to a whole other level by taking our beloved cashew yogurt recipe and turning it into a scrumptious, filling parfait. While we used blueberries and raspberries, you can cut up some strawberries and bananas if you prefer that flavor combination.

Ingredients
- 1 c Cashew Yogurt
- 1/2 c blueberries
- 1/2 c raspberries
- 1/4 c walnuts
Instructions
- Make the Cashew Yogurt according to the instructions.
- To assemble your parfait, spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into a parfait cup or glass jar. Put half the amount of blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts on top of the yogurt.
- Spoon the rest of the yogurt on top of the berries and walnuts, and then top that layer of yogurt with the rest of the berries and walnuts.
- Grab a spoon and enjoy!
