Raw Cream Of Broccoli Soup

  • 3 c broccoli florets
  • 1 c broccoli (stems, chopped)
  • 1 1/2 c filtered water
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 c raw cashews
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced
  • 1/4 c yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast ​
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to add a little more water if it is too thick.
  2. A raw vegan trick to warming up raw soups is to blend it for an extra 4-5 minutes. The high-speed revolutions help to naturally warm the soup.
  3. Pour the soup into bowls and serve immediately. You can garnish each bowl of soup with some extra fresh dill, if you so desire.
