This dip is creamy, velvety, and all kinds of delicious. It’s the perfect raw alternative to spinach artichoke dip, which is cheesy, fatty, and filled all around unhealthy. The spinach and artichoke are often less present than the cheese and butter. Your taste buds will be surprised by how much you enjoy this dip.
Note: In the picture, you’ll notice a cracker on the dip. This is a raw, dehydrated flaxseed cracker, which is acceptable to eat while cleansing.

- 2 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 c raw spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- sea salt, to taste
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until you get a smooth consistency. Season with a little extra sea salt if necessary.
- Serve with carrot sticks, bell pepper slices, or raw dehydrated crackers.
