Ingredients

  • 2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
  • orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple and optional orange zest to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. You may need to stop blending, scrape down the sides, and continue blending until you have a smooth texture.
  3. Scoop out of the food processor into bowls and enjoy immediately.
