Rather than buying sugary, preservative-filled jam from the grocery store, make your own jam! It is yummy, slightly tangy, and 100% Full Body Cleanse approved. You can dip pears or apples in this jam to enjoy!

- 1/2 lb fresh raspberries
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 ripe pears, sliced for dipping
- Rinse your raspberries and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the dates in half and zest 1 teaspoon of the lemon rind.
- Blend the lemon zest, dates, and raspberries in a blender or food processor until the mixture is smooth. Serve in a bowl to dip you pears in.
- Store the jam in a glass jar in the fridge. It will last between 3-5 days.
