Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, frozen overnight
- 3/4 c spinach, loosely packed
- 3/4 c curly kale, stems removed
- 1/2 c carrots, chopped
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 8 oz water
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until you get your desired consistency. If you want a smoother consistency, use more water or less ice.
