Recharge Your Cells With This Kale Smoothie

This smoothie is full of nutrients and it is packed with superfoods! The kale, ginger, and lime juice actually help to flush toxins from your body, while nourishing your cells in the process.

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen overnight
  • 3/4 c spinach, loosely packed
  • 3/4 c curly kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 c carrots, chopped
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 8 oz water
  • 4 ice cubes


  1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until you get your desired consistency. If you want a smoother consistency, use more water or less ice.
