Red Cabbage Juice

  • 1 head red cabbage, quartered and center core removed
  • 1 medium red beet, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 Red Delicious apples
  • 1/2 medium cucumber (optional)
  • 1/4 lemon


  1. Juice the cabbage quarters first so that the other ingredients will help push all of the cabbage through.
  2. Process the remaining ingredients through the juicer. You can add a slice of lemon to your juice for aesthetic appeal.
  3. Drink within 15 minutes of juicing.
