- 1 Head Red Cabbage
- 1 Red Beet ( depending on how large the beet is)
- 2 red delicious apples
- 1/2 cucumber (optional)
- 1/4 lemon
- Start by juicing the cabbage first so the other more productive ingredients can help push all the cabbage juice through.
- Next comes the red beet and follow with the red apples and optional cucumber.
- Finish it off with a squeeze of the lemon or you can peel it at put a few slices through the juicer.
- Drink within 15 minutes of juicing.
