- 1 organic apple, chopped
- 1/2 of a large English cucumber
- 1/2 beet, roughly chopped
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
- Process all of the ingredients through your juicer.
- You can consume this juice strained or unstrained. It is best enjoyed within 15 minutes of juicing.
*Beets turn everything inside your body pink. Don't be surprised when everything "comes" out pink or red. It means the beets are working!
