  • 1 organic apple, chopped
  • 1/2 of a large English cucumber
  • 1/2 beet, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled


  1. Process all of the ingredients through your juicer.
  2. You can consume this juice strained or unstrained. It is best enjoyed within 15 minutes of juicing.


*Beets turn everything inside your body pink. Don't be surprised when everything "comes" out pink or red. It means the beets are working!
