Sesame Kelp Noodles



  • 1 package kelp noodles
  • 1/4 cup creamy roasted almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ume plum vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey or agave nectar


  1. Soak kelp noodles in a large bowl of warm water for 30 minutes
  2. Rinse noodles thoroughly, then drain and transfer to a dry bowl
  3. In a separate small bowl combine almond butter, sesame oil, vinegar and sweetener
  4. Toss noodles with sauce
  5. Serve
