- 1 large mango, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 -2 small chile peppers, minced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. The texture should be slightly creamy. Chill before you eat it.
