Even though this soup is cold, the flavors help you feel warm. It is definitely different from what you are used to eating, but you should give it a shot because it is vibrant and will give your taste buds some intense flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1 -2 small chile peppers, minced
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. The texture should be slightly creamy. Chill before you eat it.
