Spicy & Sweet Mango Guacamole

Avocados are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for brain health. Additionally, they are high in magnesium, which helps lower stress levels. Mangos have over 20 vitamins & minerals and are a great vitamin C source. They also help regulate your blood sugar, but make sure to eat fresh mangos to reap those benefits. Long story short, eat this guacamole because it’s good for you.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe medium avocados, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • juice from one lime
  • 1/2 c cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • carrot & bell pepper sticks for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place the diced avocado in a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork. Then add the rest of the ingredients and season with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Mix it up and dig in with your bell pepper sticks.
