- 4 ripe medium avocados, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- juice from one lime
- 1/2 c cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- carrot & bell pepper sticks for dipping
- Place the diced avocado in a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork. Then add the rest of the ingredients and season with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Mix it up and dig in with your bell pepper sticks.
