Spicy Thai Sweet Potato Noodles

  1 rater(s)

Are raw sweet potato noodles a thing? Oh yes, and goodness gracious are they tasty and soaked in a subtly spicy sauce in this recipe. One serving of this recipe provides 72% of your recommended daily intake (RDI) of potassium and 38% of your RDI of iron. The key to consuming raw sweet potato noodles is to dress them in the sauce and let them sit for about 30-60 minutes. This process softens the noodles to make for a more enjoyable entree experience.
