Strawberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

When you are on a raw diet, it is important to have a nutritious breakfast keeps you feeling full for longer than 30 minutes. This smoothie bowl is filling, delicious, and you may even decide to make it even after you are not on a raw diet!

 

Note: If you are not using homemade almond milk, this recipe is not Full Body Cleanse Approved. Store-bought almond milk can contain preservatives and other chemicals even if it is unsweetened.

Ingredients

For the Smoothie

Suggested Toppings

  • Raw almonds, chopped
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Fresh bananas, sliced
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and then pour into a bowl. Top with your choice of the suggested toppings. You can use other toppings, but they have to be raw and not processed.
