- 3 c filtered water
- 1/4 c fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 c strawberries
- 1 tsp. liquid stevia
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- Add all of the ingredients, except the chia seeds, to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass jar and then add chia seeds. Place the lid on and shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate the drink for about 30 minutes. The longer it sits the more suspended the chia seeds get after shaking.
Mason jars are perfect for these types of drinks because you really need to shake them prior to and in between sips.
