Summer Garden Gazpacho

This is truly a garden fresh raw soup! Gazpacho is a great way to change up your raw food game. Leave it blending for a little while longer to warm up. That’s a secret trick for added warmth to have in your back pocket.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 red pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 c green onion
  • 1/4 c cilantro
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 c water
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. After peeling the cucumber, place half of it in the blender with 2 tomatoes, red pepper, green onion, cilantro, cayenne, lemon juice, and water. Blend all of this up until everything is smooth and liquified.
  2. Now add in the olive oil, sea salt, and pepper and blend it up quickly. If you want to warm it slightly, blend it for an extra minute. Taste it and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve and enjoy.
