Super Easy Vegan Almond Butter Fudge

Fudge is a classic holiday treat, but you’ve never had it like this. The coconut oil adds a subtle coconut flavor and the almond butter makes it smooth and delicious.

  • 1/2 c raw almond butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup
  • a few drops alcohol-free vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Add the almond butter and coconut oil to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Warm until the mixture is easily stirred. Remove from heat and stir in the agave.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a silicone container or candy molds. Freeze for a few hours and then remove to serve. You can store leftovers in the freezer.
