- 3 stalks celery
- 1 carrot, roughly chopped
- 3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 1/2 c fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 whole, small red chilli (optional if you don\'t like spice....or just de-seed first or use a large chilli that is not so spicy)
- pinch sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
- Put all these ingredients into the blender and whizz for a minute to make a smooth mixture.
If you have a high speed blender like a vitamix, leave it on a little longer and it will warm the soup slightly (but it's still raw).
