There’s also that lingering thought of, “Oh, I can indulge because my plan is to get healthy in the New Year.” That may be how you feel, but then you end up bloated after making 3 rounds to the buffet table at the holiday party. Since it is hard to resist everything, we found this awesome anti-bloating smoothie you can drink to help calm bloating or gas.

- 1/2 c distilled water
- 1 banana
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp. raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth.
- Hardcore Version: Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to the mix.
