- 1 c kale, thick stems removed
- 1 c spinach
- 1/3 c cucumber
- 1/2 c pineapple, frozen overnight
- 1/2 banana, peeled and frozen overnight
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- juice of half a lemon
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 c water (plus more if necessary)
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you have difficulty blending, add water little by little until you reach the desired consistency.
- Pour into a large cup or tumber and enjoy.
