- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 large carrot, peeled
- 2 bananas
- 1 inch piece of ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1 c water
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. If you want it a little thicker, you can add some ice. Enjoy!
