Turmeric And Mango Smoothie

One of the best things about this smoothie is that it is rich in anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric is a great ingredient to have in your diet, and this is a very unique way to use it.

Ingredients

  • 1 c mango chunks, frozen overnight
  • 1 banana, frozen overnight
  • ½-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. turmeric (powder or freshly grated)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get the consistency you want. You can add more or less water depending on your desired consistency.
