- 1 c mango chunks, frozen overnight
- 1 banana, frozen overnight
- ½-inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. turmeric (powder or freshly grated)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 c water
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get the consistency you want. You can add more or less water depending on your desired consistency.
