Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 c homemade almond milk
- 4 tsp. raw agave nectar
- 2 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together, making sure to whisk fast enough to avoid any chia seed clumps.
- At this point, you can divide the mixture into two or more jars, screw on the lids, and place in the fridge overnight, or you can cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight. Either, way, you have to refrigerate overnight to allow the chia pudding time to set.
- Serve in the morning and top with optional fruit, seeds, or nuts. Enjoy!
