Vegan Parmesan

    Ingredients

    • 1 c of walnut “powder” (whole raw walnuts pulverized in a blender or food processor)
    • 2/3 c of nutritional yeast
    • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt (or to taste)

    Instructions

    1. Put all ingredients into a glass jar with a lid and shake.

    Notes:

    Keep in cool dry place.
