Vegan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin is one of the signature flavors of fall, so why not make it into a tasty smoothie? If you are using canned pumpkin puree, make sure it is organic, or you can make your own using fresh pumpkins. Be sure to look at the almond milk you are buying because different brands can have added chemicals or sweeteners. Enjoy these fall flavors in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
