Watermelons are refreshing and are the ultimate picnic fruit, but they are not often hailed for their diverse nutritional content. Watermelons contain vitamins A, C, and B6, and they also have more lycopene than any other fresh fruit or vegetable, even tomatoes.

  • 3 c seedless watermelon chunks
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cubed
  • 3 strawberries, rinsed
  • Juice of 1/2 lime 


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy
  2. If you have some leftover kiwis or watermelon cubes, you can be fancy and place them atop your smoothie.
