- 1 c freshly made watermelon juice
- 1/4 c fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- You can juice the watermelon or you can blend the fruit in a blender. This will make it a little thicker, but you can add a little water to thin it out.
- Muddle the mint and agave in the bottom of a glass, add the ice, and pour the watermelon juice in the cup. Stir and enjoy!
