Mint helps naturally lower your body temperature, which is great to know for the summer months. Mint also helps promote healthy digestion and can actually soothe the stomach if you have indigestion. The aroma of mint is very strong and it can help cleanse the respiratory system.

  • 1 c freshly made watermelon juice
  • 1/4 c fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup
  • Ice

  1. You can juice the watermelon or you can blend the fruit in a blender. This will make it a little thicker, but you can add a little water to thin it out.
  2. Muddle the mint and agave in the bottom of a glass, add the ice, and pour the watermelon juice in the cup. Stir and enjoy!
