If you don’t want to purchase a spiralizer, you can turn zucchini into flat noodles by using a peeler. There is no wrong way to turn a zucchini into noodles; rather, the spiralizer just makes the process easier.

Zucchini noodles would not be enjoyable without an incredible sauce. Because they don’t exhibit a strong flavor profile, they can easily take on the flavors of whatever you toss them in.
