I am a 32 year old African American woman. I am noticing that my body is changing overnight. I lost my mother in 2005, and since then I have been diagnosed with being clinically depressed. I was prescribed something that I did not even fill. I contacted the pharmacy to ask a few questions, and yes the pharmacist referred me to your website. I was able to grab some vitamin B 100 complex and that has helped me tremendously. I am calm, my anxiety level down is way down. I don't respond like I used to. Kinda just let things go all of a sudden, I am at peace. Okay! Do I need to cleanse? I have other issues as well. I really can't afford The Female Cleanse. However, can I start on some tea, and maybe a less costly herbal pill? I also experience bad cramps monthly, and my hair is thinning.
