I am an uncircumcised male 42 years old and I have this problem with this smell and mottling of the head of my penis. I haven't went to the doctor yet, but have tried anti fungal creams and washing several times a day, but after I urinate, I start to marinate (smell). Then at the end of the day I will inspect myself and there is brown stuff (when wiped) on the head of my penis and that awful smell. Any help would be appreciated.

Soak in hot water, 2-3 boxes of sea salt, and 6 drops of tea tree oil daily. Oil your penis with Oxy-Oil.
