I am contemplating the Total Woman Cleanse because I have uterine fibroids. One of the fibroids is rather large, taking up the major portion of my uterus. What do you think will occur with these fibroids during the cleanse? I think the large one is contributing to painful ovulation. Should I expect heavy bleeding on the next menstrual cycle?
