I am interested in the Colon & Digestive Tract. I do not have a problem with constipation, but about twice a year I use an over the counter product just for cleansing purposes. I have a concern about the harshness of this product, and the walnut hulls. Are you speaking of the most hard outer shell or the inner husk?

How do you know there is harshness with the product when you've never tried it? Try a natural thing as freely as you have tried UNNATURAL things. Be fair and unbiased against nature!
