I began the Full Body Cleanse this AM - Sun 13th. In the past I have experienced high blood pressure (BP) in about the 130/88-95 range. I have personally chosen not to take prescription meds for this but instead to lower it naturally. I have been taking Ultimate Omega, CoQ-10 (100mg), Magnesium, Super Calcium (1200mg) and Kyolic (6x day). I thought to monitor my BP while on this cleanse. I took my first reading @ 6:50 (164/95) pulse 66. Took second reading @ 9:45 (175/101) p- 66. By taking the herbs will this cause my BP to rise? What might be the cause of this and what recommendations might you be able to share with me? Also, I have not been taking my above pills while cleansing - not sure if I was to or stick strictly to the cleanse.
