I had bad pelvic pain in my pregnancy. A condition called SPD where the pelvis becomes prepared too early for childbirth, resulting in constant pain. This includes the following, clicky hips, can't pick feet up moving and sitting, lying in pain. Could anything help this physical condition? I had two laroscopys to remove my endometriosis tissues, not sure if that was a cause to damage ligaments.
