I have noticed that my hair has begun to get thin in the middle. It also brakes easy when I run the comb through it. I have been a vegetarian since 96'. I don't drink or smoke and I do a water fast every Sunday. I have also noticed that my five year old sons' hair grows very slowly. What do you recommend?
