You can take them all together at the same time but it is best to space them out like every 2-3 hours. But it's your choice. Herbs are safe so there's nothing to worry about. As far as seeing results, I couldn't tell you because every person is different but you'll see results when you see them which means your body will be the one letting you know what's going on so just watch the signs your body gives you, okay?
