I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your article on HPV. This afternoon, my doctor called to say I tested positive for low-risk HPV. Thankfully, I have become very spiritually grounded in the past few years, and I know the body has the power to heal itself. In a sea of disinformation (i.e. the internet), it is refreshing to read an article that discussed the spiritual and energetic bases to disease, particularly HPV. In my research today, I've come across quite a bit of information about pau d'arco and its healing qualities, particularly for HPV. Do you suggest pau d'arco? If so, is there a preferred method of ingestion?

Greetings! Glad you enjoyed the HPV article! In re pau d' arco, I really don't recommend herbs by themselves because they are more consumed with other herbs that enhance them and compliment them. However, it is a good herb. Purple La Pacho and Red La Pacho are the most potent forms of this herb.
