I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) about 10 years ago. I have used the medical drugs to no avail. I fell and fractured my tibia in 2005 and had a knee replacement in 2007. My ankles, knees, wrists and hands stay swollen with much stiffness in my legs, knees, ankles and hands. Additionally, I have gained weight. I would much rather not move around due to much pain in my knees and ankles. What do you recommend I do to get myself back into a healthy condition?
