I was hoping if you could provide some answers as to what causes oral canker sores? It's one of those things Western medical science seems to be at a loss as what exactly causes these nasty little things. Also what do you recommend or how would heal/cure from them?

Canker sores can be caused by many things. It can be stress, allergies, toothpaste/mouthwash or nutritional problems. It can hard to determine what exactly is causing these annoying little sores.
